What type of wood do you use?
We exclusively use pressure-treated SPF (Spruce-Pine-Fir) lumber for our fence boards and rails. All structural posts are 6x6 pressure-treated, set in concrete for maximum stability and longevity in Ontario's freeze-thaw climate.
How long does a typical fence installation take?
Most residential fence installations are completed in 1-2 days, depending on the length and terrain. Larger commercial projects may take 3-5 days.
Do I need a permit to install a fence in London, ON?
In most cases, fences under 6.5 feet do not require a building permit in London, Ontario. However, you should always check your property's setback requirements and any HOA restrictions. We handle all of this during the estimate process.
What's included in the quoted price?
Our quotes include all materials, labor, post-hole digging, concrete footings, hardware, and cleanup. The only additional cost would be if existing fence removal is needed, which we quote separately.
Do you offer financing?
We're currently exploring financing options. In the meantime, we accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit card. We require a 50% deposit to secure your spot in our schedule, with the balance due upon completion.
What warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our work with a 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations. Material warranties vary by product - pressure-treated lumber typically carries a manufacturer warranty against rot and insect damage.
